Naughton is another new member of the Swans squad, having recently joined the club for £7 million from Tottenham Hotspur. Naughton made his name in the professional game at Sheffield United, before he and fellow full-back Kyle Walker were picked up by Spurs for a combined fee of £9 million.
The 26 year-old was in and out of the North London club’s starting XI, making just 42 league appearances for the club. After joining the Swans however, Naughton made 10 league appearances in just six months, and this is despite suffering a nasty injury. He will be hoping to build on this next season.
