The Swansea City stars are currently on a break from Premier League football as international duty takes centre stage.
Garry Monk’s side have drew at Chelsea and Sunderland and have beaten Newcastle United and most recently Manchester United, securing eight points from a possible 12.
However, this week is all about international football and the Swans have plenty of representatives all over the world. Last night, there were Swansea players who stole all the headlines for some superb performances and memorable results.
Swansea defenders Neil Taylor and Ashley Williams played vital roles in Wales’ outstanding win in Cyprus – whilst Gylfi Sigurdsson got the only goal of the game as Iceland shocked the one-time European Champions Holland in Amsterdam – both results all but secured their passages to France next year.
