A Look Back at Swansea’s Last 3 Encounters Against Man Utd

Garry Monk’s Swansea City welcome Louis van Gaal’s Manchester United to the Liberty Stadium this Sunday for a huge Barclays Premier League clash.

Both United and the Swans are unbeaten thus far. Swansea have drawn with last season’s champions Chelsea and Dick Advocaat’s Sunderland and have beaten Newcastle United.

As for the Red Devils, they have gained seven points from their first three Premier League outings – after winning 1-0 against Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa respectively, Van Gaal’s side drew a blank with Newcastle at Old Trafford last weekend.

Since the Swans gained promotion to the top flight in 2011, they have had a mixed bag of results against the 20-time Premier League champions.

Despite only drawing with Sunderland last week, Swansea head into Sunday’s game in high spirits and in good form.
